Account Support Representative

Grynn & Barrett Studios is a family owned photography business that offers high-quality products and services to its customers and strives to be on the forefront in technical innovation and personal service. Our products and services include high school senior portraits, yearbook photography, undergraduates, sports teams, proms, social functions, and studio photography.

Position Summary

Located in the Holyoke office and reporting to the Operations Manager, the Account Support Representative will provide administrative, product and customer service support to our schools, students, and company staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate picture days, including booking picture days, obtaining location information, creating and processing flyers and other marketing pieces, creating job bags, answering customer questions, and general admin support.
• Work directly with yearbook advisors to ensure all contract terms are met, schools services are completed, and schools are satisfied.
• Work directly with the Director of Photography to ensure coverage of jobs.
• Work directly with Sales Representatives regarding the service of accounts.
• Work directly with the Finishing Supervisor to ensure all work is processed in a timely fashion.
• Perform data entry into company software programs; including customer creation, ASCII file manipulation and imports, and printing of student labels.
• Assist customer service with answering of department phone lines, customer questions, and problem research and resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and service is a priority.
• Ability to critically think to the end result of product.
• Experience with Windows-based software, including Word and Excel.
• Must be well organized.
• Previous customer service experiences a plus.
• Position will require overtime during fall months and may require travel to support contract schools.

Outside Sales Account Representative

• Work with General Sales Manager and sales team using proper sales techniques to cold call, set appointments, fact find to uncover needs, effectively present our products and services and close new business
• Make and develop new customer contacts and build relationships w/ these contacts
• Grow customer base in newer business units

• Traditional and Creative Senior Photography.
• Studio and School Location Photography.
• Seasonal Photography - Beginning mid June - early November.
• We supply equipment but you must have reliable transportation

Undergrad School Photographers & Assistants

• Includes Classroom Groups and Individual Portraits
• Preschool, Elementary, Middle and High Schools
• Seasonal Photography - Beginning late August - December
• Daytime Hours
• Western Mass & Connecticut

Picture Day Volunteers

Would you like to help your school have a smoothly run picture day? Picture day is fun.

As a volunteer, you check students' hair and clothes, check envelopes, get the next class and keep the students prepared. Let your administrators know you would like to volunteer.
